Why can't I log into my NCID? ›

Service desk administrators can unlock your NCID account, but only you can change your password. For assistance unlocking your account, call the NCDIT Service Desk at 919-754-6000 or 800-722-3946. If you need to reset your password, you should contact your agency's delegated NCID administrator.

To create a NCID account, please complete the steps below.
